UPDATE Seasonal Walk 10 July 2025

For those who are interested in joining the river walk on Thursday 10th July I would be grateful if you could let me (BEX@DRCR.INFO) know if you are coming.

The weather will be hot again and I have changed the start time to 10 am in view of this.

The river has low flow at the moment and some of the paths are quite overgrown. There are also an unusual number of biting insects on some parts of the walk so I would recommend a cover up clothes wise and insect repellent as well as water.

Aside from this many of the migrant warblers are still on the Fen and butterflies abound.
